Diamonds come in a variety of colors, white being the most desired for engagement purposes. Hence, the color scale ranges from D to Z. Diamonds are classified from D being colorless through Z being light brown to yellow.
CUT
The cut refers to a collection of measurements that make up the dimensions of the diamond. These measurements determine the brilliance and life of the stone.
CLARITY
Clarity is measured by the number of inclusions or imperfections that can take away from the natural beauty of the diamond. The scale on which clarity is measured can range from flawless to plainly visible, and everywhere in-between.
CARAT WEIGHT
Carat is the unit commonly used in the industry to measure the weight of the diamond. The carat weight refers to the total weight of the diamond.
